R＆D联盟网络构型对高新技术企业竞争优势的影响

摘　　要：文章以黑龙江省397家具有R&D联盟经历的高新技术企业为调查对象进行了数据采集,对相关假设进行实证检验。结果表明,R&D联盟网络构型对R&D联盟能力具有显著正向影响,R&D联盟能力对高新技术企业竞争优势具有显著正向影响,R&D联盟能力在R&D联盟网络构型对高新技术企业竞争优势影响中能够起正向中介作用。引入R&D投入和联盟经历控制变量后,研究结果显示,对联盟经历较短的高新技术企业而言,R&D联盟网络构型和R&D联盟能力之间影响关系不显著。The paper, by collecting the data from 397 high-tech enterprises with the R＆D alliance experience in Heilongjiang province, makes an empirical test on the relevant hypotheses. The results show that the R＆D alliance network configuration has a significant positive impact on the R＆D alliance capability, the R＆D alliance capability has a significant positive impact on the competitive advantage of high-tech enterprises, and the R＆D alliance capability plays a positive mediating role in the impact of the R＆D alliance network configuration on the competitive advantage of high-tech emerprises. After introducing control variables of the R＆D inputs and the alliance experience, the study results show that the R＆D alliance network configu- ration has no a significant impact on the R＆D alliance capability for high-tech enterprises with short alliance experience.
