摘　　要：大学制度文化与大学生养成教育具有内在一致性和贯通性,它既是养成教育的前提和基础,也是养成教育规律探索的结果。要解决大学制度文化对大学生养成教育的影响因素,需要优化与融通制度文化,推进制度文化建设;需要审视与革新大学理念,培育大学人丈精神,调适与整合现代大学制度的文化心理。University system culture is coherent and connective with university students＇ cultivation education.It is not only the premise and the foundation of the cultivation education,but also the result of exploring the laws of the cultivation education.The influential factors of university system culture on university students＇ cultivation education can be explored by optimizing and blending system culture for the propulsion of system culture construction,examining and innovating university philosophy for the cultivation of university students＇ humanistic spirit,adjusting and integrating of the cultural psychology of modern university system.
