摘　　要：高校心理健康工作在帮助大学生实现身心健康成长,维护学校的安全稳定上发挥了巨大的作用。本文系统分析了心理健康教育工作中存在的涉法问题,并提出了相应的解决策略,以期为更好地开展大学生心理健康教育教学提供经验与启示。The mental health work plays a positive role in helping students to achieve their body and mind＇s healthy development and it also helps to keeping the school＇s security and stability. The paper analyzes some legal problems in the psychological health education and puts forward some corresponding solution hoping to provide experience and enlightenment for students＇ psychological health education teaching.
