摘　　要：采用超声提取及气相色谱质谱联用的方法对苔藓样品中的多环芳烃进行了检测,并对提取前处理中样品的状态、溶剂的种类、溶剂的用量及提取时间进行了优化。In the paper, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons（PAHs） in the moss samples were determined using the ultrasonic extraction method and gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The conditions of the sample size, the solvent, the dosage of solvent and the extracting time were optimized.
