摘　　要：通过对我国火电厂现有人力资源管理系统的分析,总结了火电厂现有人力资源管理系统存在的主要问题,参考现有人力资源管理系统,结合火电厂的特点,基于Java语言开发了火电厂人力资源管理信息系统通用平台,并对平台中的机构管理、岗位管理、人员信息管理、人事业务管理、保险管理、薪酬管理、报表管理、培训管理、系统管理九个模块进行了介绍。Through the analysis of the existing human resources management system in thermal power plants in our country, the existing main problems of human resource management system in thermal power plants are summarized. Referencing the exist- ing human resources management system and combining with the characteristics of thermal power plants, based on Java lan- guage human resource management information system general platform in thermal power plants is developed. And the platform of organization management, position management, personnel information management, personnel business management, insur- ance management, compensation management, report management, training management, system management of nine modules are introduced.
