益生菌辅助含左氧氟沙星补救疗法根除幽门螺杆菌

摘　　要：目的观察益生菌在辅助含左氧氟沙星补救根除幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效和安全性。方法选择200例Hp首次根除失败的胃炎、消化性溃疡患者,分为益生菌联合组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑、左氧氟沙星、多西环素三联疗法10天;益生菌联合组在完成三联疗法后,续用益生菌培菲康和整肠生14天。所有受试者停用抗生素至少4周后复查14C-UBT。结果按符合方案方法分析,益生菌联合组Hp根除率均显著高于对照组(89.5%vs.78.4%,P<0.05);两组不良反应均为轻度,组间无显著差异。结论益生菌联合组能有效提高含左氧氟沙星补救疗法的Hp根除率,该方案值得进一步研究。Objective Study of the efficacy and safety of the probiotics in assisting Levofloxacin-Based Rescue Regimen for the Eradication of Helicobacter pylori. Methods 20 cases Patients who failed the first eradication therapy,with chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer,was divided into probiotics group and the control group,100 cases in each group.Both groups received rabeprazole,evofloxacin,Doxycycline triple therapy for 10 days,in addition,probiotics group was treated with probiotics： Bifico and Bacillus Licheniformis for 14 days after triple therapy. the 14C-UBT was examined after triple therapy At least 4 week. Results Successful eradication rate for H. pylori in probiotics Joint group were significantly higher than those of the control（ 89. 5% vs. 78. 4%,P〈0. 05） according to per protocol analysis. Both groups of adverse events were mild,no significant differences were found between groups. Conclusions The probiotics can effectively increase the eradication rate of H. pylori with Levofloxacin-Based rescue triple regimen.
