补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症半身不遂的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症半身不遂的临床效果展开分析与研究。方法选取收治的96例中风后半身不遂的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组。给予对照组患者常规医药治疗,观察组患者则在常规医药治疗基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行统计与评价。结果经治疗,观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)则明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过常规医药联合应用补阳还五汤对中风后遗症半身不遂患者展开治疗,可充分促进血肿的吸收,改善其神经功能缺损,且安全性高,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction in treating stroke sequela hemiplegia five. Methods Selected in our hospital were 96 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients as the research object,randomly divided for the control group and the observation group. Given to the control group received routine medical treatment were observed group of patients is in the conventional medicine treatment on the basis of joint Yang also five soup treatment,statistics and evaluation of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the degree of neurological impairment score（ NDS） was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Through the routine medicine combined application of Yang also five soup on patients with stroke sequela hemiplegia start treatment,fully promote hematoma absorption and improve the nerve function defect,and safety of high,with important clinical application value.
