辣椒素对滴灌带大鼠驱避性的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了添加了0.5%、1%和3%辣椒素母料的原料制备成型的滴灌带对大鼠的驱避性效果。大鼠驱避效果的评价采用滴灌带样品被咬伤长度比例。结果表明,添加有辣椒素母料的滴灌带对大鼠具有良好的驱避效果,并且随添加量的增加驱避效果得到增强,但受外界因素的影响,驱避效果随滴灌带的铺设时间增加而减弱。The effect on the repellent of the rats in the drip tape was developed, which prepared by the the additionof 0.5%, 1% and 3% of capsaicin masterbatch in raw material. The length ratio of bitten was used to evaluating the effecton repellent of the rats in the drip tape. It was showed that the drip tape added capsaicin masterbatch have good repellenteffect, and the repellent effect was enhanced with the amount increasement of capsaicin masterbatch, but it was decreasedwith the drip tape laying time increasement for the influence of external factors.
