摘  要:介入放射学教学是放射学教学的重要组成部分。介入放射学这门学科具有技术性及操作性强的特点,牵扯到很多心脑、周围血管的解剖学知识和相关临床知识。采用传统的教学模式进行教学,学生们会感到枯燥,难于理解及掌握。为了提高临床介入放射学的教学水平,利用放射科现有的影像平台,将病例导入、多媒体教学、PBL教学及学生在教学中亲自动手操作等方法结合起来,提高了学生学习介入放射学的兴趣,增强了学生主动学习的意识,让学生更加直观地学习了血管解剖的知识。同时,加深了他们对血管性疾病的理解和认知,提高了介入放射学的教学效果。The interventional radiology teaching is an important part of radiology education.Interventional radiology needs powerful background of technique and operation involving cerebrovascular,peripheral vascular anatomy and related clinical knowledge.The students will feel boring,difficult to understand and master its contents with the traditional teaching methods.In order to improve the teaching level of clinical interventional radiology,we used existing radiologicalimages platform.Meanwhile,integration of cases introduction,multimedia teaching,PBL teaching and students' personal operation improved the students' interest in the study of interventional radiology,enhance the consciousness of the students' active learning and help the student have more intuitionon vascular anatomy.All these teaching methods deepened their understanding of vascular disease andimprovesd the teaching effect of interventional radiology.
