摘　　要：本课题组在了解了传统医学生的培养模式的弊端后,进行了卓有成效的改革,实行先临床、再科研、最终回归临床的思路,并在医学生的临床培养阶段实行"1:1:1"的培养方案,大大提高了医学生临床学习的积极性,并为学生们提供了广阔的科研思路。After knowing the disadvantages of traditional education mode on culturing medical students, our group reformed fruitfully for all sorts of problems exposed. Our clinical training mode advocated practice the first clinical and scientific research, finally return to clinical. And in the medical students clinical stage we carried out the cultivation of the scheme for ＂1： 1： 1＂. The enthusiasm of medical students clinical study was improved greatly and the broad scientific research train of thought was provided for students.
