小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障术治疗硬核白内障的效果。方法随机将120例硬核白内障患者平均分为两组,观察组行小切口非超声乳化白内障术,对照组行常规术式治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果两组视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组角膜散光、并发症发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障术疗效理想。Objective To observe the effect of small incision cataract surgery. Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups, observation group used small incision cataract surgery, and control group used conventional therapy. comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The vision had no difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. the corneal astigmatism and the incidence rate of complications of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of small incision cataract surgery is ideal.
