硫普罗宁注射液联合中药溻渍疗法治疗脂肪肝临床研究

摘　　要：目的本文就硫普罗宁注射液联合中药溻渍疗法治疗脂肪肝的临床效果进行研究与对比。方法选择我院收治的脂肪肝患者90例,按照来院先后顺序将其平均分为参照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),参照组患者予以硫普罗宁治疗,观察组患者在参照组基础上联合中药溻渍治疗,对比两组脂肪肝患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于参照组,各项指标的改善程度好于参照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论在脂肪肝治疗中应用硫普罗宁注射液联合中药溻渍疗法,疗效确切。Objective To study and compare the clinical effect of the tiopronin injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine stain therapy in the treatment of fatty liver disease. Methods 90 cases of patients with fatty liver in our hospital were selected. According to the hospital sequence, it will be divided into reference group（n=45） and observation group（n=45）, reference group of patients were treated with tiopronin, observation group of patients on the basis of reference group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine stain treatment and subsequently to compare the clinical curative effect of the two groups of fatty liver patients. Results The total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the reference group, the degree of each index improved of the observation is better than that of the reference group, the difference between two groups was significantly. Conclusion The application of tiopronin injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine stain therapy in the treatment of fatty liver, the curative effect is exact.
