摘  要:分析了电动汽车交流充电桩的系统结构和工作原理,设计了以STM32处理器为核心的控制系统。阐述了交流充电接口的基本功能及充电过程状态,完成了控制导引电路及充电状态采集电路的设计。通过软件设置脉宽调制器(PWM)模块和模数转换器(ADC)模块,实现了充电过程控制导引、连接确认、识别充电接口传输最大电流和充电连接状态实时采集等功能。测试结果表明:该系统具有良好的稳定性。By analyzing the system structure and working principles of alternative current( AC) charging spot,the control system of AC charging spot for electric vehicle was designed based on STM32 processor. The basic functions and charging process states of AC charging interface were elaborated. The design of control pilot circuit and charing state acquisition circuit was completed. The pulse width modulation( PWM) module and the analog to digital converter( ADC) module were set by the software. The functions of charging process control pilot,connection confirmation,identification of the maximum current of charging interface,and the real-time acquisition of charging connection state were realized. The test results indicate that the system has good stability.
