摘 要:为了采用激光诱导击穿光谱法对丹参中钙、镁元素含量进行测定,采用1 064 nm激光束经光路传输系统聚焦在样品表面,熔融样品并产生等离子体以激发待测元素,用高精度光谱仪进行采集光谱,建立样品中钙、镁元素离子浓度与其激光诱导击穿光谱强度间的定标曲线.钙、镁离子的含量与光谱强度线性相关系数分别达0.9981及0.9998.结果表明,本激光诱导击穿光谱技术能够用于检测丹参中钙、镁元素含量.objective: The paper is going to analyze the concentration of calcium and magnesium in radix salvia miltiorrhiza by the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. The laser beam which is 1064 nm focuses on the surface of the sample through beam propagation system,and fusion is done on the sample,and plasma is generated in order to stimulate the elements which are going to be tested. Meanwhile,a high resolution spectrograph is used to collect spectrum and the calibration curve between the ionic concentration of calcium and magnesium in the sample and laser-induced breakdown spectrum tensity is established. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient of calcium and magnesium is 0. 9981 and 0. 9998,respectively. Finally,a conclusion is drawn that this study proves that laser induced breakdown spectroscopy technology can be used to test the calcium and magnesium in radix salvia miltiorrhiza.
