肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘　　要：肿瘤的发生与发展是一个多因素、多步骤的复杂过程.肿瘤的侵袭转移与其所处的肿瘤微环境密切相关,肿瘤微环境由肿瘤细胞本身及其周围的基质细胞、组织液、细胞因子等共同组成,其中基质细胞包括成纤维细胞、各种免疫细胞、内皮细胞、周细胞、血小板、巨噬细胞等.在所有肿瘤炎性细胞中,巨噬细胞约占50%,这些细胞被称为肿瘤相关巨噬细胞,其具有促进肿瘤生长、血管生成、侵袭转移和免疫逃逸等功能,在调节肿瘤进展的各个关键步骤中发挥了重要的作用.本研究就肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的产生、分布及其在肿瘤中的作用进行了综述.Tumor genesis and development is a complex multifactorial,multi-step process. Invasion and metastasis of the tumor is closely related to tumor microenvironment which consists of tumor cells and the surrounding stromal cells,tissue fluid,cytokine,etc.,wherein the stromal cells include fibroblasts,various immune cells,endothelial cells,pericytes,platelets,macrophages,etc. In all tumor inflammatory cells,macrophages accounting for about 50%,are called tumor-associated macrophages（ TAMs）.They can promote tumor growth,angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis,and immune escape etc. Therefore,they play important roles in each of the key steps of tumor progression. This article reviews the production,distribution and function of TAMs in tumor.
