结直肠癌中肝癌衍生生长因子与p53蛋白的表达相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究结直肠癌(CRC)中肝癌衍生生长因子和p53蛋白的表达相关性。方法应用免疫组化染色法检测80例CRC和10例正常结直肠黏膜组织者中的肝癌衍生生长因子(HDGF)的表达,取30例CRC组织检测p53蛋白的表达水平。结果 80例CRC中HDGF阳性率为66.7%,而正常人群的结直肠黏膜组织均为阴性;30例CRC组织中p53蛋白的阳性率为70.0%,而正常结直肠黏膜者呈阴性。结论 HDGF和P53蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达高于正常结直肠癌组织。Objective Exploration of colorectal cancer（CRC） in hepatoma-derived growth factor and p53 protein expression correlation. Methods CRC 80 cases and 10 cases of normal colorectal mucosa organizer of hepatoma-derived growth factor（HDGF） expression by immunohistochemical staining,30 cases taken to detect the expression levels of p53 protein in CRC tissue. Results 80 cases of CRC in HDGF positive rate 66.7%,while the colorectal mucosa normal population was negative. The positive rate of 30 cases of CRC of p53 protein was 70.0%,while the normal colorectal mucosa were negative. Conclusion The expression of HDGF and P53 protein in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal cancer tissues.
