摘　　要：80C196KB内部集成8路10位A/D转换器,它由一个8通道的模拟多路开关、一个采样/保持电路、一个10位逐次逼近型A/D转换器、A/D命令寄存器、A/D结果寄存器和控制逻辑等组成。介绍了通过对80C196KB内部A/D转换器测试,简化A/D器件测试,构建简单快速、通用性好的绝对误差测试系统,以Intel公司的80C196KB单片机与16位串行D/A转换器AD5541为例,介绍该类测试系统的构建与编程,并给出具体的编程思路,提出了一种软硬件结合的A/D转换器绝对误差失效分析方法,给出了测试系统结构图,并详细描述了软件实现过程。这种方法对于其它具有内部A/D转换器的单片机一样适用。An 8- channel 10- bit A / D converter is integrated in 80C196 KB,which composed of an8- channel multiplexer to select one of the eight input channels,the sample- and- hold circuit,the 10-bit successive approximation A / D converter,the AD_ COMMAND register,the two- byte AD_ RESULT register and the control logic. Based on Intel 80C196 KB and 16- bit serial- input DACs AD5541,this paper introduces the absolute error test system of the A / D converter test of 80C196 KB with simple and fast implementation from simplifying A / D converter test,puts forward a failure analysis method combining with software and hardware,and gives an implementation principle diagram. The procedure of implementation of the software is described in detail. This method is also suitable for other microcontroller integrated by A / D converter.
