基于数据挖掘的连建伟膏方用药配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的：应用数据挖掘技术对连建伟膏方进行用药及配伍规律分析。方法 ：将连建伟2003年11月-2014年4月膏方建立数据库,对数据标准化处理后进行频数分析和关联规则分析。结果：428剂膏方中药物160味,以补气、补血药为主,其次为健脾理气药。出现支持度≥50%且置信度≥80%的典型药组有15组,药组多以补气与健脾、补血与健脾等相须为用,也有补气与助运相使为用。主治病证多为慢性虚劳性疾病。结论：体现了补气不忘行气、养血不忘活血的药物配伍规律,并重视茯苓的应用,既益气健脾,又利水渗湿。Objective：To analyze the compatibility rules of LIAN Jianwei soft extract by data mining. Methods：LIAN Jianwei soft extract database was established from Nov. 2003 to Apr. 2014 and processed by date standardization for frequency and association rules analysis. Results：Total 160 traditional Chinese medicines were found in 428 soft extracts,mainly for invigorating Qi or nourishing blood and followed by herbs for invigorating spleen and regulating Qi. There were fifteen representative medicinal groups with support degree greater than or equal to 50% and confidence level greater than or equal to 80%. Replenishing Qi and invigorating spleen,nourishing blood and invigorating spleen,regulating Qi and helping transportation were used as the treatment principle. The chief symptoms were chronic consumptive diseases. Conclusion：The compatibility rules were replenishing Qi with regulating Qi,and nourishing blood with promoting blood circulation. Attention should be paid to the application of Poria cocos for replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen and removing dampness by promoting diuresis.
