太极扣附着体义齿修复肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损伴牙周病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨太极扣附着体义齿修复肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损伴牙周病的临床疗效。方法以濮阳市人民医院2012年2月至2014年2月诊治的60例肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损伴牙周病患者为研究对象，数字表格法将其分为两组，每组30例。对照组给予卡环式义齿修复治疗，观察组行太极扣附着体义齿修复治疗，治疗后随访6个月，比较两组患者义齿修复效果、基牙牙槽骨高度及并发症情况。结果随访6个月，观察组义齿修复优良率为100％，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。两组治疗后近中牙槽骨高度[（11.72±1.60）mm vs（11.50±1.23）mm]、远中牙槽骨高度[（10.18±1.41）mm vs（10.00±1.38）mm]、并发症发生率（3.33％ vs 16.67％）比较差异均未见统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。结论相比卡环式义齿修复，太极扣附着体义齿修复具有并发症少、远中基牙牙槽骨密度变化小、修复优良率高等特点，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical study of restoration of easy resilient attachment denture in patients with periodontal disease and denture＆amp;nbsp;kennedy Ⅰ,Ⅱ dentition defect. Methods Sixty patients with periodontal disease and Kennedy Ⅰ,Ⅱ dentition defect from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups by digital form method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated by clasp denture repair treatment,the observation group was treated by easy resilient attachment denture treatment. After treatment,they were all followed-up for 6 months, and then compared the repairing effect,abutments height and complications. Results Followed up for 6 months,the ob-servation group’s dentures good rate was 100% ,the control group was 86. 67% ,the difference was significant between the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. After treatment,the two groups’mesial alveolar bone height[（11. 72 ± 1. 60）mm vs（11. 50 ± 1. 23）mm],the distal alveolar bone height[（10. 18 ± 1. 41）mm vs（10. 00 ± 1. 38）mm],the complication rate （3. 33% vs 16. 67% ）had no significant differences（P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusions Compared to the clasp denture repair, the easy resilient attachment denture has many features,such as fewer complications,small distal alveolar bone density, excellent high rate of repair,and so on,it is worthy of promotion.
