摘 要:为了探究传动链间隙和传动刚度与数控机床伺服进给系统精度的关系,针对某数控机床进给系统,通过数学建模方法,建立了等效的二自由度力学模型.考虑传动链中间隙、轴的扭转刚度、丝杠螺母副的接触刚度、丝杆的轴向刚度等因素,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,分析了传动链中间隙及其刚度变化对工作台输出的影响.得到传动链的刚度对机床工作台反应灵敏性及稳定性的影响规律.结果表明,传动链的刚度取合适值,才能保证工作台具有较快的响应速度和较好的稳定性;传动链中间隙的存在会严重影响工作台定位精度.The equivalent model of two degree of freedom was established to explore the relationship between the transmission chain clearance and the transmission stiffness and the servo feed system of CNC machine tool. a CNC machine tool feed system. Considering the influence of the gap in the drive chain, the torsional rigidity of the shaft, the contact rigidity of the screw nut pair, the axial rigidity of the screw rod, and the MATLAB/Simulink simulation, the influence of the gap and the rigidity of the transmission chain on the output of the working table is analyzed. The influence of the stiffness of the transmission chain on the response sensitivity and stability of the machine tool is studied. The results show that the stiffness of the transmission chain must be taken for a suitable value, which can ensure that the working table has a quick response speed and good stability; The gap in transmission chain there will seriously affect the position precision.
