摘  要:当前,地方高校正处于转型发展的关键时期,培养高素质的"研究型"教师既是其强化内涵建设和提高综合竞争实力的内在需求,也是提高教师开展研究型教学和提升教师科研意识、能力、水平的必然选择。地方高校应充分重视培养研究型教师的重要意义和现实价值。以广西科技师范学院为例,分析了新升本科院校在培养研究型教师中存在的问题,对培养研究型教师的路径进行了积极探讨。At present, local colleges and universities is in a critical period of transformation and development, training high qualified 'research-oriented' teachers is not only the internal demand of strengthening connotation construction and improving the comprehensivecompetitiveness, but also the inevitable choice of improving the teachers' carrying out research-based teaching and enhancing teachers' scientific research consciousness, ability and level. Local colleges and universities should pay full attention to the significance of trainingthe research-oriented teachers and practical value. Taking Guangxi Science &Technology Normal University as an example, this paper an-alyzes the problems existing in the newly upgraded undergraduate colleges on research-oriented teachers training and actively exploresthe path of cultivating research-oriented teachers.
