摘　　要：通过校内实训基地管理模式现状探析,针对存在的管理机制模式、内涵建设、管理队伍、管理技术队伍等问题,阐述校内实训基地作用和功能,提出深化校内实训基地管理模式优化管理方法,不断地探索校内实训基地专业(群)生产性实训、职业技能培训与鉴定、科学研发、社会技术服务长效运行机制的创新思路,使校内生产服务性实训投入产生最大效能。以期为校内实训基地建设提供依据。Through the analysis of the current situation of the management mode of campus practice base, focusing on the management mode, connotation construction, management group and management technology team, it illustrates the role and function of the campus practice base, proposes to optimize management method and explores the innovation ideas of campus producing practice of inside school practice base, professional skills training and appraisal, scientific development and research,and long-term operating mechanism of social technical service, and makes campus production service training input produce the maximized effect in order to offer the basis for campus training base construction.
