摘 要:目的模拟不同骨质密度的上颌窦区域,植入不同高度羟基磷灰石骨粉后种植体的负载情况,分析种植体骨界面的应力分布情况。方法利用Ansys10.0有限元软件直接绘制奥齿泰种植体及部分上颌骨骨块模型,在牙槽骨表面植入羟基磷灰石骨粉,模拟植骨高度为0、2、4、6mm,建立4组不同模型,在牙槽骨模型上植入4.8mm×8.5mm的种植体,通过对模型施加300N垂直和斜向45°静态载荷,分析比较四组模型在不同骨质密度下,种植体骨界面的应力分布特征。结果位移微动值综合认为植骨4mm为最佳。结论高中低3种松质骨密度下,低密度松质骨中所受应力较大,不利于种植体的稳定及预后。Objective To simulate the maxillary sinus area of different bone density and load of different height of hydroxyapatite bone implant,analyze the stress distribution of implant bone interface.Methods Directly rendering osstem implant and maxillary bone model by using the finite element software Ansys10.0,hydroxyapatite bone were grafted in the surface of alveolar bone,heights of simulation bone were 0,2,4,6mm,4groups of different models were built,with 4.8x8.5mm implant in the alveolar bone model,300 Nvertical and oblique 45 degree static load were applied to the models,the stress distribution of implant bone interface were analyzed and compared in four groups of models with different bone density.Results Bone graft of 4mm was the best considered by integrated micromotion displacement value.Conclusion In three kinds of high,medium and low cancellous bone density,the stress load of low density cancellous bone is larger,not conducive to the stability and prognosis of the implant.
