摘　　要：医学人性化、人文化的回归要求医学教育注重医德情感的培养。从社会主义核心价值观、医学人文精神、岗位胜任力、医师职业精神的视角阐述医德情感的重要性。目前我国医学"半人教育"模式导致医学生医德情感培养的薄弱与欠缺。志愿者行动作为推进医学人文素质教育的有效形式,通过岗前培训、临床体验、分享交流、理论升华四环节构成完整、系统的医德情感培养路径,提升医德情感培养的实效性。The return of the medical humanism requires medical education to pay attention to the cultivation of medical ethics emotion. The importance of medical ethics emotion is illustrated from the view of the socialist core values,medical humanistic spirit, post competency and medical professionalism. At present, ‘half people patterns＇ of medical education leads to weak and lack of cultivation of medical ethics emotions of students in our country. Volunteer action,as efficient way of advancing the quality of the medical humanities education, constitutes a training path that improve medical ethics emotion training effectiveness with pre-service training, clinical experience, sharing and exchanging with each others, and theoretical sublimation.
