高职院校职业素质教育实证研究——以武汉城市职业学院汽车技术与服务系为例

摘　　要：该文以武汉城市职业学院汽车技术与服务系2010级学生为调查对象,以全国教育科学"十一五"规划教育部重点课题"职业教育校企合作中工业文化对接的研究与实验"课题组自行设计的"职业院校职业素质现状调查问卷"(学生测试版)为工具,对职业素质教育现状进行实证研究,利用SPSS17.0进行频次、聚类分析,找出存在的问题,如部分学生诚信意识缺乏、进取心不强、自信心不足、人际交往能力欠缺等。提出改进意见:重视学生潜性素质的培养;加强企业文化宣传,促进企业文化与校园文化对接;以学生偏好的学习方式,促进其对企业文化的学习;重视学生人际关系能力等职业素质培养。An empirical study on professional quality education given to the students of School of Automobile Technology and Service in Wuhan City Vocational College has been done by using vocational students＇ professional quality education questionnaire. By means of SPSS 17.0, frequency analysis and cluster analysis have been conducted, some problems have been found such as some students＇ lack of consciousness of honesty, spirit of enterprise in study, self-confidence and communicative competence, etc. Thus, the author proposes some improvements. For example, the school should attach great importance to the cultivation of students＇ potential quality, the publicity of enterprises＇ culture by way of students＇ learning style, the combination of enterprises＇ culture and colleges＇ and students＇ communicative ability.
