摘  要:增施生物炭会对烟株的化学成分和香气物质产生影响,对抚州烟区不同施炭量下烟叶化学成分和香气物质进行了分析比较,结果表明:施炭量300 kg/hm2处理的烟叶化学成分相对协调,其类胡萝卜素降解产物、苯丙氨酸类降解产物、新植二烯的含量及中性致香物质总量均高于其他处理,另外T1处理的香气指数B值也高于其他处理。300 kg/hm2的生物炭施用量更适宜,其化学成分更协调,品质相对较好。The chemical composition and neutral aroma constituent of flue- cured tobacco was effected by biochar application,the chemical composition and neutral aroma constituent of different biochar application of flue-cured tobacco in the tobacco-growing areas of Fuzhou city was analyzed and compared. The results showed that the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco was coordinates in applied amount of carbon 300 kg / hm2,which had higher contents of carotenoids,phenylalanine degradation product,neophytadiene and neutral aroma constituent than other treatments,the aroma index B of T1 treatment was also higher than other treatments. Biochar application of 300 kg / hm2 was appropriate,its chemical composition was more coordinate for flue-cured tobacco,the quality was relatively better.
