摘　　要：高校青年教师在学校各项工作中发挥着重要作用。在高校青年教师中发展壮大党员队伍,对保持党的先进性、增强党组织的战斗力具有重要意义。高校青年教师思想政治素养事关学校发展未来、事关教育事业未来。本文在分析高校青年教师党建工作意义的基础上,分析当前高校党建工作中存在的问题以及产生的原因,进而提出解决的对策,为开展高校党建工作提供借鉴。Youth teachers play the important roles in all work of colleges and universities, and developing party members from youth teachers has important significance for maintaining the party＇s advanced nature and enhancing the party organization＇ fighting capacity. The ideological and political quality of youth teachers in colleges and universities is related to the development of school and the future of education. Based on the analysis of the significance of the party construction work of university youth teachers, analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the Party construction in to provide reference for the development of the Party colleges and universities, puts forward the countermeasures construction in colleges and universities.
