应用型大学会计专业学生职业素质培养的措施

摘　　要：在"大众创业,万人创新"的新形势下,应用型大学学生的职业素质的高低,成为了应用型大学办学质量高低的一个标尺。会计专业一直来都是很热门的,作为应用型大学要合理运用校内校外资源,在分析企业对会计学生职业素质需求的基础上,全方位、全过程的实施职业素质培养教育,把职业素质教育贯穿于日常的理论教学和学生社会实践的过程中。培养学生具有良好的职业素质,增强学生的核心就业竞争力,为会计专业学生择业、就业、创业及职业发展奠定良好的基础。Under the new situation of ＂ The masses entrepreneurship, innovation ten thousand people＂, the level of students＇ professional quality in applied universities have become a ruler of applied university teaching quality. Accounting profession has been very popular, as applied universities, should rational use school internal and external resources, on the basis of analyzing the demand of enterprise to college students＇ professional quality, omni-directional and the whole process to implement the professional quality education, make the professional quality education throughout the process of theory teaching and practice teaching. Raise students good professional quality, enhance students＇core compete for jobs, and lay the good foundation for college students＇ choosing employment, obtaining employment, entrepreneurship and career development.
