摘　　要：农户子女接受中职教育是为了在就业时有更好的择业机会,并提高就业的稳定性与质量.通过对宁夏4所中职教育学校2011—2013年毕业的农户子女就业状况进行跟踪调查,了解并分析其中职教育情况、就业情况、工资收入水平、社保情况、中职教育反馈与需求.在此基础上,发现农户子女中职教育毕业后就业存在的问题,并提出相关建议.The secondary vocational education is to make the children of the farmer family have a better career opportunities, and improve the employment of its stability and quality. This paper through to the 4 vocational school in Ningxia, in 2011, 2012 and 2013, the children＇s employment status of the farmers, to understand and analyze the situation of vocational education, employment situation, wages income level, social security situation, secondary vocational education feedback and demand. On this basis, we find existing problems, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to enhance the quality of secondary vocational education school.
