摘　　要：硕士研究生招生考试初试自命题存在科目设置随意性大、种类繁多,命题教师数量庞大,考试实施中间环节多,考试腐败现象屡禁不止等诸多问题。解决这些问题的关键是增强命题教师安全保密责任意识,为此提出加强舆论宣传、建立自命题质量标准体系、建立自命题安全保密工作诚信评价制度、引导命题教师彰显公共知识分子情怀等建议。The preliminary stage of the Entrance Examination to Graduate Level Education exists several problems,such as the randomness and large variety of the exam subject, a large number of test developers, the complexity of exam organization and the frequent occurrence of the exam corruption. The key point to solve these problems is enhancing the security and confidentiality sense of the test developers. Therefore, the following suggestions are put forwards： strengthening the propaganda, establishing the test development quality standard system, setting up the credit evaluation system of test development security, and guiding the test developers to show the feelings of public intellectuals.
