试论“骨空”

摘　　要："骨空"是《黄帝内经》腧穴体系中的一个重要概念,然而世人对其理解并不全面和明确。文章明确了"骨空"的具体涵义,即"骨骼之孔隙"。其所指腧穴的涵义和范围有别于"腧穴",亦与"气穴""气府"不同。"骨空穴"处于骨骼孔隙之中,内通于重要的脑脊骨髓,并有大的神经血管经过,具有滋养于髓、沟通于外的生理特性。然而也正是由于其孔隙狭小的结构特点,致使其局部容易产生气血津液淤滞、邪气不容易散除的病理特性。因此于"骨空"施以针灸,贯通内外阴阳气血津液,起到"引气远入抽病"之效。由此我们可以根据"骨空穴"独特的结构和功能,开发新的"骨空穴",并为"骨空病"的治疗提供新的治疗思路;亦可据此开辟"筋空穴""肉空穴"等新的腧穴分类方式,并为针灸术语标准的制定提供理论支持。‘Gukong＇ is an important concept in the acupoint system of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor. However, people＇s understanding of ‘gukong＇ is not clear and comprehensive enough. Thus, this article defined the exact meaning of ‘gukong＇, which were the interspaces between bones or the hole on the bones. Therefore its meaning and category referred to acupoint are different from ‘shuxue＇, ‘qixue＇ and ‘qifu＇. Gukong acupiont is located in the hole of the bones, which access to the important brain marrow. There are major nerves and blood vessels pass through, which have the physiological properties as nourishing the brain marrow and linking up the internal and external area. Because of its narrow pore structure characteristic, it is easy to cause the stagnation of qi, blood, and fluid, which are difficult to be removed. So acupuncture and moxibustion in ‘gukong＇ can link up the inside and outside yin and yang, qi and blood, and fluid, and plays the role of guiding the pathogenic qi to the outside. Based on the unique structure and function of gukong acupoint, new acupoints that fit the definition of ‘gukong＇ can be explored, new methods to cure diseases related to ‘gukong＇ will be found, and some new ways to classify acupoints such as ‘jinkong＇ acupoint, ‘roukong＇ acupoint can be explored so as to provide theoretical support for the acupuncture and moxibustion terminology standards.
