运用脾统血理论指导免疫性血小板减少性紫癜临床治疗

摘　　要："脾统血"是脾脏象理论的重要组成部分,原义是指脾脏有统摄血液在经脉之中循行,而不逸出脉外的生理功能。反之,这种生理功能失调,就会出现"脾不统血"的病理现象。基于中文"统"字解释,提出广义的"脾统血"概念。指脾有"统领"和"总辖"血液功能,并通过文献查阅和临床实践认为,免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的慢性期出血与"脾不统血证"极为相似,涵盖了统则血生、统则血行、统则血止、统则血裹4种生理变化、病理过程及其治疗法则。‘Spleen controlling blood＇ is an important part of visceral manifestation theory, and the original meaning of this term is that the spleen has the function of keeping the blood circulating normally within the vessels. On the other hand, the physiological function disorder can lead to the pathological phenomena of ‘spleen failing to control blood＇. According to the meanings of ‘controlling＇, the generalized concept of ‘spleen controlling blood＇ is put forward, which means that spleen has the function of ‘controlling＇ and ‘governing＇ blood. According to the literature research and clinical practice, it discoveres that chronic period of immune thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） is very similar with the syndrome of spleen failing to manage blood, which includes four physiological changes such as controlling blood for nourishing blood, controlling blood for promoting circulation of blood, controlling blood for stopping bleeding, and controlling blood for wrapping blood, pathological process and treatment principles.
