从元真通畅理论探讨桂枝汤汗出机制

摘　　要："五脏元真通畅"为张仲景治病防病的基本思想,桂枝汤在《伤寒杂病论》中应用广泛,关于桂枝汤调和营卫探讨众说纷纭,文章通过从元真通畅理论对桂枝汤的组方机制、止汗发汗的机制和应用进行探讨,认为桂枝汤可作为调和元真通畅的基本方。‘Primordial qi and genuine qi movement of five zang viscera unobstructed＇ was the basic idea of treatment and prevention of diseases by ZHANG Zhong-jing. Guizhi Decoction was widely used in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases. There were different opinions of Guizhi Decoction on effect of harmonizing yingfen and weifen. In this article, the principle of formulating prescription, the mechanism and application of arresting sweating and sweating of Guizhi Decoction were discussed based on the theory of primordial qi and genuine qi movement unobstructed. It was inferred that Guizhi Decoction was the basic formula to regulate primordial qi and genuine qi movement unobstructed.
