摘　　要：文章旨在介绍王松龄运用中医药辨证论治小脑性共济失调伴自主神经功能不全(多系统萎缩的亚型)的经验,他将该病归纳为肾精亏损,精不养髓;肾阳不足,督脉失煦;气血两虚,髓海失养3个常见证型论治,并同时服用经验方祛痿启废丸,疗效确切,好转率高。The paper aims to introduce professor WANG Song-ling＇s experience in treating cerebellar ataxia with autonomous dysfunction（a subtype of multiple system atrophy）. He summarizes the disease causes as the following three aspects： deficiency of kidney-essence leads to malnutrition of brains, insufficiency of kidney-yang leads to failure of governor meridian to be warmed, and deficiency of both qi and blood leads to malnutrition of the marrow sea. He differentiates syndromes according to the above three aspects, and treats this disease with his own empirical formula Quewei Qifei Pill, and achieves obvious curative effect.
