中医平人脉象研究现状及模型建立的思考

摘　　要：在中医脉象客观化研究中,健康人的脉象研究是基础。文章通过对古代文献及现代研究资料的整理、归纳,总结出目前中医健康人脉象的研究现状,并发现在健康人的脉象研究中,各学者研究重心都集中在健康人脉象分布以及影响健康人脉象的各种因素,最后都证实了健康人的脉象并不是按照定义所说的那么简单单一,因此笔者在现有的脉象采集设备及脉图分析技术的基础上,提出初步尝试建立中医健康人脉象模型,为中医健康评价提供参考。The study of pulse manifestation objectification of traditional Chinese medicine was based on the research of pulse manifestation of healthy person. In this article, by studying of the ancient literature and modern research data, the research progress of pulse manifestation of healthy person of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized. In the study of healthy person pulse manifestation, most of the scholars concentrated on the distribution and influence factors. Finally, it was confirmed that healthy pulse manifestation was not as simple as the definition. So, the author attempted to establish a pulse manifestation model of healthy person of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of existing pulse manifestation collection device and pulse diagram analysis technology, and to provide reference for health evaluation of TCM.
