摘　　要：亚健康状态是人机体功能失去平衡的表现,是介于健康与亚健康之间的一种状态,文章通过从亚健康状态中医理论的认识、问卷量表在亚健康状态在中医证候研究中的应用、亚健康状态中医证候规范化研究及亚健康状态中医证候与实验室指标相关性研究等方面对亚健康状态的中医证候特征进行了概述,以期对亚健康状态的中医证候研究有更深入的了解。Sub-health state is a performance that human body functions are out of balance, and it is also a state between health and sub-health. In case of a deeper understanding of TCM syndromes in sub-health state, syndromes characteristics of sub-health state were summarized from such aspects as： the understanding of traditional medicine theory in sub-health state, the application of questionnaires in the sub-health state syndromes research, the study about syndrome standardization of TCM as well as the relevance between laboratory indexes and syndromes in sub-health status.
