逍遥散加味对乳腺癌术后化疗患者抑郁症的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散加味对乳腺癌术后化疗患者抑郁症的治疗效果、生活质量的影响及可能的机制探讨。方法:将伴有抑郁症的乳腺癌术后患者随机分为两组:治疗组(化疗加中药)及对照组(化疗),每组32例。治疗2个周期后评价疗效,比较两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺(NE)、多巴胺(DA)含量改变、生活质量以及药物不良反应等观察指标。结果:治疗组SDS评分治疗后低于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后5-HT、NE、DA含量增加(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散加味可减轻乳腺癌术后化疗患者的抑郁症及不良反应,明显改善患者的生活质量,其可能机制是通过提高5-HT、NE、DA的含量减轻抑郁症状。Objective： To observe the effects of Modified Xiaoyao Powder on curative effect and life quality of breast cancer patients with depressive disorder treated with chemotherapy after operation, and discuss the potential mechanism. Methods： Breast cancer patients with depressive disorder treated with chemotherapy after operation were randomly divided into treatment group（chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine） and control group（chemotherapy） with 32 cases in each group. Curative effect was evaluated, and the indicators as self depression scale（SDS） score, levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT）, norepinephrine（NE）, dopamine（DA）, life quality and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared after treating for 2 cycles. Results： After treatment, SDS score of treatment group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. The changes in contents of 5-HT, NE and DA in treatment group were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. The life quality of patients in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The toxic and side effects of treatment group were obviously lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Xiaoyao Powder could significantly reduce the depression degree and adverse reactions, and improve the life quality of breast cancer patients with depressive disorder obviously, and the possible mechanism is related to the effects in increasing the levels of 5-HT, NE and DA, however, the concrete mechanism remained to be further research.
