摘  要:目的:探讨新型健脾疗法对代谢综合征患者味觉的影响。方法:前瞻性地选择符合代谢综合征诊断标准的26例患者,利用味觉问卷评估患者经新型健脾疗法治疗前及治疗3个月味觉变化情况。结果:治疗3个月后21人饮食口味发生了改变,较治疗前仅1人差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者治疗后食用甜食、肉类、脂类较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),治疗3个月后患者食用蔬菜、主食情况较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后在甜食口感下降、咸食口感下降及总体口感下降3个方面均存在明显差异(P<0.01)。治疗后对食物的口感对进食量的影响度、味觉在享受食物的重要性的认可度较治疗前明显上升,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:新型健脾疗法可引起味觉的改变,降低对甜食、咸食、总体口感,进而有助于控制食物摄入量。Objective: To investigate the influence of a new therapy of invigorating spleen on gestation of patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods: Twenty-six patients who met the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome were proactively selected as research objects, and questionnaires were used to evaluate the gestation of patients treated by the new therapy of invigorating spleen before the treatment and three months after the treatment. Results: The gestation of 21 patients was changed after treating for 3 months, and the difference of a patient was significant compared with treatment before(P〈0.01). After treatment, the consumptions of sweets, meat and fat of patients were significantly lower than those of treatment before(P〈0.01), and after treating for 3 months, the consumptions of vegetables and staple foods of patients were also lower than those of treatment before(P〈0.05). After treatment, the sweet gestation, salt gestation and overall gestation were declined significantly compared with treatment before(P〈0.01). After treatment, the recognition degree of patients in ‘the influence of food taste in food intake' and ‘the importance of gestation in the enjoyment of food' was rose obviously compared with treatment before(P〈0.01). Conclusion: The new therapy of invigorating spleen could change the gestation of patients on food and beverage, especially on sweet food, salty food and overall taste, and it helps to control the food intake, which is the basis of the new therapy of invigorating spleen in treating and intervening metabolic syndrome.
