某三级医院2010—2014年基本药物使用分析

摘　　要：目的通过对某三级医院近5年间基本药物利用情况分析,了解基本药物在该医院使用的成效和问题,为公立医院积极落实国家基本药物制度提供参考和决策依据。方法调取2010—2014年某医院信息管理系统中所有药品销售使用的相关数据.运用SPSS19.0软件系统进行统计分析。结果该医院5年间医院临床治疗中对基本药物的需求稳定,换标对基本药物影响不大,基本药物销售金额的年复合增长率为14.61%,到2014年基本药物品种构成比增加到65.38%,基本药物销售金额呈下降趋势。在选择用药品种时与2012版国家基本药物目录中的品种匹配程度不高。结论某三级医院正逐步推进基本药物政策制度的执行,在销售金额上,与卫生部建议的最低25%还有一定差距。通过建立完善的药物管理制度,引入药物经济学评价方法,科学遴选医院用药目录,处方、医嘱定期点评,都将成为患者获得安全、有效、经济药品的保障。Objective To explore how tertiary hospitals can actually ensure rational use of essential medicines,so as to help public hospitals with active execution of the national guidelines on essential drugs. Methods By reviewing relevant domestic data in a tertiary hospital,a data platform was established for analysis of essential drug utilization in a hospital between 2010 and 2014. The SPSS19. 0 analysis system was used in the analysis. Results The demand for essential medicines by the tertiary sample hospital for clinical treatment between 2010 and 2014 was stable. There was no significant change in essential medicines. The Compound Annual Grawth Rate of essential drug sale amount was 14. 61%. The percentage of essential drug varieties increased to 65. 38% in 2014. However,there was still a gap with the 2012 variety matching degree of National List of Essential Medicines in terms of drug variety selection. Conclusion This tertiary hospital has been paying more attention to the implementation and promotion of essential drug policies and systems in medical institutions,but the percentage of essential medicines was below 25%on average. It is necessary to keep improving the drug use information management system,optimize treatment via pharmacoeconomics evaluation methods,use approved prescriptions,follow doctors＇ advice,get corresponding specifications,improve the efficiency of drug use,and to guarantee the safety of drug use.
