摘　　要：采用人工计数法,观测记录了哈尔滨学府路与中兴大道交叉口的机动车与行人流量数据,据此分析了该交叉口的交通状况,提出了交通管制或建立互通式立交两种改善交通现状的措施。Applying artificial counting method,the paper surveys and records the vehicle and walkers traffic volume of the intersection between Xuefu road and Zhongxing road in Harbin city,analyzes the intersection traffic conditions,and puts forward two kinds of measures for improving the traffic status including traffic regulation and interchange establishment.
