摘　　要：大肠癌是最常见的消化道肿瘤之一，严重威胁着人类健康。近年来大肠癌的发病率和病死率呈逐年上升趋势，且发病趋势越来越年轻化。虽然目前大肠癌的病因尚未明确，但对其发病的高危因素已有较详细的研究，认为大肠癌主要和饮食、环境以及遗传与生活方式等因素有关。The colorectal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumor, its serious threat to human health. In recent years, there is an upward trend in the incidence and mortality ofcolorectal cancer, and the trend is more and more younger. Although the etiology of colorectal cancer is not yet clear, but the risk factors for more detailed study of the disease. Colorectal cancer is mainly with diet, environment, heredity, lifestyle and other factors. Therefore, in-depth study of it, on the occurrence, development, diagnosis and treatment, and prognosis of colorectal cancer, has a certain clinical significance.
