摘　　要：脑穿通畸形虽为良性病变，却存在潜在的危害性。目前，国内外治疗先天性脑穿通畸形的术式多种多样，且取得的效果与预后也不尽相同。因各种手术方式均存在不同的优缺点，临床医师应综合考虑每例患者的具体情况，选择合适的手术方案。本文在查阅国内外相关文献的基础上，综述了先天性脑穿通畸形的手术方式的选择与治疗。Porencephaly is benign lesions, but potentially dangerous. At present, there were varied the effect and prognosis in the treatment of congenital porencephaly. Because of all sorts of surgical methods have different advantages and disadvantages, the clinician should comprehensively consider the specific situation of each patient, choosing the appropriate operation scheme. In this paper, on the basis of related literature at home and abroad, summarizes the operation method of congenital porencephaly of the selection and treatment.
