养老机构老年人安全用药相关信念的现象学研究

摘　　要：目的探讨养老机构老年人对安全用药的相关信念。方法采用半结构式访谈方法，对宁波市某养老机构20位老年人进行访谈，应用柯莱齐（Colaizzi）现象学研究法分析资料。结果访谈资料共提取养老机构老年人安全用药信念相关的5个主题：用药控制症状、无不良反应发生、规律按时用药、中西医结合用药、适当服用保健品。结论养老机构老年人用药依从性总体较好，建议养老机构应根据老人的具体情况，进行老人用药的分类管理，并立足于老人自身对服药的信念，给予有效的个体化的用药指导。Objective To explore the related beliefs about medication safety of the elderly in endowment agen- cies. Methods A total of 20 old people of a pension agency in Ningbo were adopted semi-structured interview. Colaizzi phenomenological method was used to analyze data. Results Beliefs about medication safety of the elderly in endowment agencies were classified into five themes： used drug to control symptoms, no adverse reactions occured, managed medi- cation on regular time, combined traditional Chinese and western medicine and took heahh care products proper- The elderly＇s overall compliance to medication in pension agency is good. The endowment institutions should manage the drug differently according to basic status of the old people, and also give effective individualized medication guide based on the elderly＇s faith in the medication.
