摘　　要：在我国工程建设领域,EPC工程总承包模式已进入快速发展阶段。如何做好EPC模式下工程总承包项目的费用控制工作,从而提高项目的获利能力,增强总承包企业在激烈市场竞争中的核心竞争力,已经成为许多工程总承包企业亟需解决的问题。本文试就工程总承包项目实施过程中各阶段的费用控制问题进行探讨。In domestic engineering construction, EPC mode for engineering general contract has been in the rapid expense period .Therefore expense control of engineering general contract in the mode of EPC has been in urgent need of resolving for most of design-construction engineering corporations so as to increase profitability and boost core competitiveness in the market of intense competition. In this article, expense control in various stages of construction was discussed.
