分馏温度对柴油加氢精制装置生产低凝柴油的影响

摘　　要：分别以中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司和中国石油天然气股份有限公司吉林石化分公司两座炼油厂的混合柴油为原料,利用中试固定床加氢反应器进行加氢后,采用实沸点蒸馏装置对硫质量分数小于50μg/g的加氢生成油进行分割。通过对轻、重两种柴油馏分的低温流动性、燃烧性和收率进行分析,加工大庆原油的炼油厂通过调整柴油加氢精制装置分馏塔操作温度同时生产-35号和0号柴油时,轻、重柴油的分馏温度不应大于250℃;加工大庆原油和俄罗斯原油混合油的炼油厂,通过调整柴油加氢精制装置分馏塔操作温度同时生产-35号和0号柴油时,轻、重柴油的分馏温度不应大于265℃。The mixed diesels of the refinery of Petro China Daqing Petrochemical Company and the refinery of Petro China Jilin Petrochemical Company were selected as the feedstocks for the fixed-bed hydrogenation pilot unit. After the hydrogenation reaction in the reactor,the hydrotreated oil with sulfur less than 50 ppm was cut in the true boiling point distillation unit. It was found in the study of low-temperature fluidity,combustibility and yield of two light and heavy diesels,for the refinery processing Daqing crude,the distillation temperature of light diesel and heavy diesel should be no higher than 250 ℃ when the operation of distillation tower of diesel hydrofining unit was adjusted to produce- 35~# diesel and 0!# diesels. For the refinery processing mixed Daqing Crude and Russian Crude,the distillation temperature of light diesel and heavy diesel should be no higher than 265 ℃ when the operation of distillation tower of diesel hydrofining unit was adjusted to produce- 35~# diesel and 0~# diesel.
