摘　　要：民国时期中国海外留学生积极吸纳世界经济思想文明成就,进行全新的学术建构,创造中国现代经济思想文明的学术体系,彰显了学术的独立性与生命力。其中,留学生在无形资产理论、货币理论和发展经济学三个方面甚至取得了跻身世界经济学学术之林的辉煌学术成就,影响了世界经济思想文明进程。The Chinese overseas students, during the period of the Republic of China, actively absorbed the world＇s achievements in terms of the civilization of economic thoughts, and then on the basis of that, not only a complete new academic constitution,but the academic system of China＇s modern civilization of economic thought was set up as well,which illustrated the independence and vitality of the academics. Moreover, great achievements had been fulfilled in terms of the intangible assets theory, monetary theory and development economics, and some of them even made a brilliant world-level accomplishment,further attaching a great influence on the process of the world economic thoughts.
