摘　　要：目的:评价氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)联合常规方法对难治性反流性食管炎的治疗效果。方法:纳入难治性反流性食管炎患者,评估患者胃食管反流病症状评分和情绪障碍评分后,将入组患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予常规方法治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用黛力新,观察比较2组患者治疗4周、12周后胃食管反流病症状及情绪障碍评分。结果:胃食管反流病症状评分,治疗组在治疗第4周和第12周末的症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第4周和12周末,治疗组的HAMA及HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :黛力新联合常规药物治疗难治性反流性食管炎能够显著提高疗效。Objective：To evaluate the effect of Deanxit in combination with conventional therapy on patients with refractory reflux esophagitis.nethods：Patients with refractory reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in control group received conventional therapy,Nexium 20mg bid. and Mosapride 5mg tid.The patients in treatment group were treated with Deanxit on the basis of conven- tional therapy.The symptom scores,Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）scores and Hamilton depression scale （HAMD）scores in two groups were compared at the end of 4,12 weeks treatment.Results：The symptom scores,HAMA and HAMD scores were lower in treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）at the end of 4 and 12 weeks treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Deanxit combined with conventional therapy improves the symptoms in patients with refractory reflux esophagitis.
