足三里穴化脓灸对结肠癌患者免疫功能的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨足三里穴化脓灸对结肠癌患者免疫功能的调节作用。方法:将63例中晚期结肠癌患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组32例。所有患者均给予化疗+扶正抑瘤肠方治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用足三里穴化脓灸治疗,观察周期为80 d。检测患者的免疫学指标,评价并比较两组患者的生活质量和化疗的毒副反应。结果:治疗后,对照组患者的CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组患者CD8+T细胞水平显著降低(P<0.05),且对照组患者的CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平低于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平显著降低(P<0.05),且明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组患者的总体生活质量评分显著降低(P<0.05),且显著低于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的躯体疼痛、精神健康维度评分升高(P<0.05),对照组患者的躯体疼痛维度评分升高(P<0.05),生理机能、总体健康、精力、精神健康维度评分降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的总体健康、精神健康维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的白细胞(WBC)水平显著升高(P<0.05),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化脓灸足三里穴结合中西医常规疗法治疗中晚期结肠癌患者,能够调节患者的免疫功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To investigate the regulating effect of suppruative moxibustion of Zusanli point on the immune function in patients with colon cancer. Methods： Sixty-three patients with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 31 cases） and control group（ 32 cases）. All the patients were treated by chemotherapy combined with＂Fuzheng Yiliu Formula＂and the patients in the treatment group were treated by suppurative moxibustion of Zusanli point additionally,with a course of 80 days. The immunological indexes were detected and the quality of life and the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy were evaluated and compared. Results： After treatment,the levels of CD4＋and CD8＋T lymphocytes in the control group were decreased（ P 0. 05）,the level of CD8＋T lymphocyte in the treatment group was decreased（ P 0. 05）,and the levels of CD4＋and CD8＋T lymphocytes in the control group were lower than those in the treatment group（ P 0. 05）; the level of transforming growth factor-β1（ TGF-β1） in the treatment group was decreased（ P 0. 05） and was lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the total scores of life quality in the control group were decreased（ P 0. 05） and were lower than those in the treatment group（ P 0. 05）; the scores of body pain and emotional health dimensions in the treatment group were increased（ P 0. 05）,the scores of body pain dimension were increased（ P 0. 05） and the scores of physiological function,total health,energy and emotional health dimensions were decreased（ P 0. 05） in the control group,and the scores of total health and emotional health dimensions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the level of white blood cell（ WBC） in the treatment group was increased（ P 0. 05） and was higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）.
