摘  要:针对游梁式抽油机存在曲柄扭矩峰值变化大、工作效率低、能耗大等问题,提出CYJY3-1.5-7HB曲柄平衡抽油机改造成游梁随动平衡抽油机的设计方案。通过建立改造前后抽油机虚拟样机进行仿真分析,结果表明:改造后抽油机曲柄轴净平衡扭矩最大值降低了2.3%,均方根扭矩降低了4.52%,有功节电率为1.53%,曲柄净扭矩曲线变得平缓,负扭矩减少,达到改善抽油机平衡效果、节能降耗的目的。同时仿真结果显示改造后平衡重质量得到了有效降低。研究成果为进一步研究游梁式抽油机游梁随动平衡改造提供了方法和手段。Aiming at the problems of beam pumping unit such as the changes of crank torque peak value,the low working efficiency,the high energy consumption and so on,scheme of transforming crank balanced into beam dynamic balance in CYJY3- 1. 5- 7HB is proposed. The virtual prototype of this pumping unit before and after remaking is established and analyzed. The results show that after remaking the maximum value of crank shaft net torque decreases by 2. 3%,the root mean square torque decreases by4. 52% and the active power saving rate is 1. 53%. The curve of net crank torque is gradual and the negative torque was reduced,which achieved the goal of improving the pumping unit balance effect and saving energy. In the meantime the simulation results showed that after remaking the balance weight mass had been effectively reduced. The research achievements provided a method for a further study on the remaking of beam pumping unit with dynamic beam balance.
