摘 要:目的评价不同修复体用于后牙短冠牙体缺损修复的疗效。方法选取2013年7月至2015年6月在本院进行口腔修复的后牙短冠牙体缺损患者300例(患牙408颗),随机分为A组(100例,137颗患牙)、B组(100例,140颗患牙)和C组(100例,131颗患牙),经完善根管治疗后分别给予全冠、高嵌体和铸造核桩冠修复,比较3组患者的修复效果。结果B组和C组修补成功率分别为87.14%和93.89%,均显著高于A组修补成功率62.77%(P〈0.05);C组成功率虽高于B组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高嵌体和铸造核桩冠均可有效修复后牙短冠牙体缺损,而铸造核桩冠更具优势,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of different prosthesis in the restoration of the dental defect of short crown posterior teeth. Methods 300 patients (408 teeth) with dental defect of short crown posterior teeth undertaking restoration at our hospital from, July 2013 to June, 2015 were randomly divided into group A (100 cases, 137 teeth), group B (100 cases, 140 teeth), and group C (100 cases, 131 teeth). These 3 groups were respectively given complete crown, onlay body, and casting post core crown restoration after perfect root canal therapy. The repair effects were compared between these three groups. Results The successful rates of group B and group C were 87.14% and 93.89%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of group A (62.77%, P〈0.05); the successful rate of group C was higher than that of group B, but with no statistical difference (P〉0.05). Conclusions Onlay body and casting post core crown both can effectively repair the dental defect of short crown posterior teeth, but casting post core crown has more advantages, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
